AND SO I WOULD LIKE TO, AT THIS POINT, REALLY OPEN IT UP TO ANY OF THE BOARD MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE WHO HAVE A QUESTION OR DISCUSSION ITEM THAT AFTER HAVING READ THE SURVEY OR THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY, HAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS OR IDEAS THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS.

SO IT WOULD BE GOOD TO KNOW IF THE BOARD WANTS TO HAVE A QUARTERLY TRAINING, ANNUALLY TRAINING, SEMI ANNUAL.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSES OF THE BOARD IN THAT AREA?

>> I KNOW WE HAVE SOME SUGGESTED AREAS FOR TRAINING THAT MIGHT BE ON A QUARTERLY BASIS THROUGH THE AACC WHICH THEY OFFER THESE SEMINARS.

I THINK WE'VE TAKEN ONE OR TWO IN THE PAST.

AND SOME OF THE AREAS, PARTICULARLY WHERE WE HAVE THE LOWER SCORING ON THOSE AREAS.

WHILE I'M TALKING I'M TRYING TO LOOK AT THISÂ  SOME IDEAS HEMISPHERE THAT WE HADÂ  HERES THAT WE HAD FOR RECOMMENDATIONS.

LOOK AT THE SCORING.

I'VE GOT ABOUT FIVE QUESTION SCORED THE LOWÂ  QUESTIONS THAT WERE SCORED THE LOWEST.

I HAVE HERE TO TALK ABOUT AREAS FOR TRAINING OR COACHING OR IDEAS FOR ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION.

THE REST OF THE SURVEY WAS EXTREMELY POSITIVE.

THERE WERE A NUMBER OF PRETTY DETAILED AREAS THAT WE WERE ASKED ABOUT.

IN TERMS OF THE CHANCE OF TRAINING, COMMUNITY RELATIONS, IT DID SHOW FIVE OR SIX AREAS THAT I GUESS, IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM WEAKNESSES, YOU CAN.

AT LEAST LESS THAN STELLAR THAT WE MIGHT WANT TO TALK ABOUT AS INDIVIDUAL ISSUES.

BUT I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM PUTTING THE WHOLE SURVEY UP THERE.

I THINK IT'S OVERALL POSITIVE.

IN THE MEANTIMEÂ  RATED ITEM.

I WAS THINKING, WHAT'S THE ACTIONS COMING OUT OF IT? WHAT DO WE DO WITH THIS STUFF? THERE WERE A COUPLE OF THE LOWER RANKED POINTS, I DIDN'T FULLY UNDERSTAND THE BASIS FOR SUGGESTIONS LIKE, BOARD MEMBERS DON'T LISTEN TO EACH OTHER.

DON'T TRAINÂ  TREAT EACH OTHER WITH A LACK OF RESPECT.

I PERSONALLY FEEL THAT WE DO.

THAT THIS BOARD IS AND REFLECTED IN THE SCORES WE HAVE.

I THINK WE SHOULD CONSIDER SOME ADDITIONAL TRAINING IN I THINK IT BENEFITTED US LAST YEAR WHEN CHAIR SUGGESTED WE DO THE ACCT TRAINING THINK WE HAD TWO SESSIONS OVER THE PAST TWOÂ  12 MONTHS.

I WOULD WELCOME THE CHANCE TO DO THAT.

WHETHER ONE OR TWO, WE COULD TALK ABOUT OR BOARD LEADERSHIP COULD DECIDE.

BUILDING THAT KIND OF TRAINING INTO THE SCHEDULE ALONG WITH AT LEAST AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF OUR STRATEGIC PLAN, SEEMS TO MAKE A LOT OF SENSE IN TERMS OF CALENDAR ACTIONS AND THINGS WE MIGHT WANT TO PRECEDE GOING GUARD.

I'M GLAD WE DID IT.

I THINK WE GOT SOME INFORMATION ONES WHAT WE MIGHT DO WITH IT.

WE HAVE A FEW HICCUPS FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN WE HAVE INFORMATION THAT I THINK THAT IF WE TAKE A LOOK AT THESE LOWEST RANKED QUESTIONS AND THE NEXT TIME WE GET TOGETHER AS A BOARD OR COMMITTEE, LET'S TAKE A LOOK AND I'LL ASK PEARL TO REVIEW SOME OF THE AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS AND TIMING AND SEE IF THIS ISÂ  IF THESE ARE ONES THAT WE WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF.

I HEARD TRUSTY RITTER SAY TWICE A YEAR.

THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE GOOD TO HEAR FROM THE OTHER BOARD MEMBERS IF THEY FEEL THAT WOULDS THAT IS SUFFICIENT OR MORE OFTEN.

IN TERMS OF THE LOWER RANKED ONES, DEFINITELY ON THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS PART, I THINK THE ENVIRONMENT WE'RE IN RIGHT NOW WITH COVID WHERE WE CANNOT BE THROUGHOUT IN THE COMMUNITY KIND OF EXACERBATES HOW THE PUBLIC IS FEELING.

I HAVE HADÂ  I'LL HAVE THIS INCLUDED IN MY REMARKS FOR THE REGULAR RADAR 4:00Â  REGULAR 4:00 MEETING.

CONSTITUENTS WANT TO HEAR MORE FROM US THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS.

WHAT ARE SOME WAYS TO DO THAT IF THE BOARD WANTS TOÂ  WANTS TO DO THAT.

WITH DISTRICT SIX WILL COMMUNICATE MORE WITH CONSTITUENTS.

MOVE FORWARD ON THESE WHERE WE NEED TO REMEDIATE WHERE BOARD MEMBERS ARE NOT FEELING AS STRONGLY IN THESE PARTICULAR AREAS AND ANY OTHER AREAS THAT BOARD MEMBERS FEEL WE SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO.
