WE ALSO DO A LOT OF WORK WITH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE REGION. THE DALLAS REGIONAL CHAMBER WILL OFTEN CALL US WHEN THERE IS A NEW PROSPECT COMPANY COMING TO TOWN TO ASK WHAT IS DOES THE TWO-YEAR WORKFORCE PIPELINE LOOK LIKE. IT WAS A COMPANY WANTING TO OPEN A 500 EMPLOYEE CALL CENTER. WE CAN GO IN TO DISCUSS WITH THAT COMPANY WHAT THEY CAN EXPECT TO PAY, WHICH IS ONE OF THE TOP THINGS THEY ARE TYPICALLY LOOKING FOR.

I BELIEVE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE FIRST INSTITUTIONS IN THE COUNTRY TO GET ACCESS TO SOME OF THAT DATA.
