I DON'T THINK WE'RE RADICALLY, YOU KNOW, MISALIGNED ON IT. THEN, THE BOARD HAS CLEAR PROTOCOL FOR COMMUNICATING ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES THAT INCLUDE THE CHANCELLOR. AND SHOULD WE BE COMMUNICATING WITH -- YEAH, WE'RE GOING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.

AS OUR ROLE AS TRUSTEES, HOW DO WE HANDLE THAT?
