DURING THE LAST 2 PRESENTATIONS WE MADE TO THE BOARD, WE PRESENTED THE STRUCTURE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND INCLUSION AND INVITED THE GROUP TO
[00:05:02]
PRESENT THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SUPPLIER DIVERSITY.TODAY WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN UPDATE OF OUR JOURNEY OF EQUITY AND INCLUSION.
THE PRESENTATION PROVIDED WILL FOCUS ON THREE AREAS.
>> THE PRESENTATION WILL BE IN THREE AREAS.
SUSTAINABILITY, EQUITY AND DIVERSITY.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO BRINGING YOU INSIGHTS TO THE TABLE.
AND DRIVING SOLUTIONS THAT CONSIDERS DIVERSION STUDENTS, STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS AND COMMUNITIES.
WE FOCUS ON THE GOALS OF SUSTAINABILITY PROMOTING, EQUITY, IMPROVING THE ECONOMY AND PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT.
WE SHOW THAT THESE THREE AREAS ARE ENTER CONNECTED AND THAT YOU MUST ACHIEVE ALL THREE IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABILITY.
WE GIVE OUR STUDENTS A SIMPLE SET OF TOOLS TO SEE IF IT'S ACTUALLY SUSTAINABILITY OR NOT.
WE ASKED THEM THREE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS.
IS THIS SOLUTION GOOD FOR PEOPLE? IS IT GOOD FOR THE PLANET, IS IT GOOD FOR OUR PROSPERITY? IF THE ANSWER TO ANY ONE OF THOSE IS NO THEN IT'S NOT SUSTAINABLE.
IT'S TIME GET BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND KEEP WORKING SO YOU CAN FIND A SOLUTION TO ANSWER YES TO ALL THREE QUESTIONS.
DALLAS COLLEGES OVER ALL PURPOSE IS VERY CLOSE TO THE DEFINITION.
IT IS TO ENSURE THAT DALLAS COUNTY IS VIABLE FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.
IT'S THE FAILED TREATMENT, ACCESS AND OPPORTUNITY AND ADVANTAGE FOR ALL PEOPLE WHILE AT THE SAME TIME STRIVING TO IDENTIFY AND ELIMINATE AREAS AS SOON AS THE FINAL RESULTS
[00:10:19]
COME BACK WE'LL LET YOU KNOW HOW THEY DID.THE SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES WILL BE MEASURED.
ACADEMICS, OPERATIONS, ENGAGEMENT, PLANNING AND INNOVATION.
THERE ARE FOUR POSSIBLE RATINGS THAT WE CAN ACHIEVE.
PLATINUM IS THE TOP ONLY 8 SCHOOLS HAVE ONLY ACHIEVED THAT HIGHEST RATING.
132 SCHOOLS HAVE ACHIEVED THAT BUT ONLY ONE ACHIEVED GOALS ON HIS FIRST ATTEMPT.
WE ARE HOPING TO BE A SECOND AND YOUR SILVER AND BRONZE.
>> OUR GOALS SUPPORT DALLAS COLLEGE'S OVER ALL PURPOSES BECAUSE THEY ENSURE THAT DALLAS COLLEGE WILL BE VIBRANTS, GROWING AND ECONOMIC VIABLE FOR CURRENT AND CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS AND ENSURE THAT OUR STUDENTS WILL BECOME SUSTAINABILITY LEADERS IN THEIR PROFESSIONS.
WE EDUCATE BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDIENCES.
WE CONSIDER INTERNAL AUDIENCES TO BE STUDENTS, FACULTY AND EMPLOYEES.
OUR EXTERNAL AUDIENCES INCLUDE BUSINESS, INDUSTRY, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
WE CONNECT WITH OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH GROWING AND RECOGNIZING SUSTAINABILITY LEADERS AND THROUGH DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS.
AND WE COMMUNICATE WITH AUDIENCES THROUGH TOOLS SUCH AS THE COLLEGE WEB-SITE AND ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA AND OUR MONTHLY NEWS LETTERS.
FINALLY WE SUPPORT LOCAL AND GLOBAL GOALS THROUGH OUR USE OF SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES.
OUR JOB IS TO COLLABORATE IN OTHER AREAS TO THE COLLEGE TO SHOW THEM HOW THEY CAN MAKE THEIR CURRENT PRACTICES EVEN MORE SUSTAINABLE.
IT'S IN DISREGARD IN OUR FACILITIES IN WHAT WE'RE DOING THERE.
SO, POSSIBLY THE NEXT MEETINGS.
>> THIS STHROT MENTIONS -- THIS SLOT SHOWS WHAT WE ARE WORKING ON AND SHOWS THE TOOLS TO MEASURE OUR EFFORTS.
(1515ISH) THE REFRAMING THE CURRICULUM PROGRAM SHOWS FACULTY MEMBERS HOW TO INCORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY INTO EVERY DISCIPLINE.
DELIVETIVE DIALOGS SO WE ARE WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH A DEI AREA TO TEACH STRUCTURED DIALOG PROCESS WHICH HELPS COMMUNITIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS HOLD OPEN, HONEST, CON STRABGTIVE CONVERSATIONS -- CONSTRUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS ACT POTENTIALLY DECISIVE TOPICS.
[00:15:04]
WE ALSO HOLD WEBINARS ABOUT A VARIETY OF TOPICS AS WELL AS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND WEAR PLANNING TO CONTINUE CAMPUS STUDENTS SUSTAINABILITY CLUBS AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES SUSTAINABILITY TEAMS. WE HOST SPECIAL PROJECTS TO ZERO WASTE COMPETITION AND FREE CAMPUS USA WHICH HELPS US ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN HEALTHY COMMUNITY ON OUR CAMPUSES.FINALLY WE HAVE SEVERAL CAMPUS GARDENS ALREADY.
IT' OUR INTENTION TO HAVE ONE PER CAMPUS.
WE USE THE GARDENS TO TEACH IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS LIKE GARDENING AND ALSO TO REDUCE FOOD INSECURITY FOR SOME OF OUR STUDENTS.
ONE OF THE OTHER TOOLS WE USED TO HELP PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT SUSTAINABILITY LOOKS LIKE AND HOW IT'S THREE COMPONENTS ARE ENTER CONNECTED ARE THE SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTIONS GRAPHICS.
EACH ONE HIGHLIGHTS AN EXISTING PROGRAM IN DALLAS COLLEGE.
WE SHARED THE GENERIC VERSION OF THIS GRAPHIC EARLIER IN THE PRESENTATION NOW WE ARE SHARING SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS.
IT INCREASES STUDENTS INCOME WHICH CAN REDUCE THE ECONOMY.
THE LAST SOLUTION ON THIS PAGE IS THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM WHICH GENERATES ELECTRICITY SETTINGS.
DALLAS COLLEGE CONSUMES LESS FOSSIL FUEL WHICH REDUCES GREEN HOUSE GAS EMISSIONS AND PROTECTS THE ENVIRONMENT.
THE ELECTRICITY SAVINGS CAN BE SPENT ON OTHER STUDENT PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WHICH PROMOTES EQUITY AND DALLAS COLLEGE EXERCISES GOOD FISCAL STUARTSHIP OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS BY REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND THIS IMPROVES THE ECONOMY.
ON THE FAR LEFT WE HAVE ACCESS TO FREE SUSTAINABILITY EDUCATION.
THIS TEACHES PEOPLE HOW TO SIMULTANEOUSLY CARE FOR PEOPLE T PLANET AND PROSPERITY WHICH PROTECTS THE ENVIRONMENT.
IT PROVIDES SUSTAIN ABOUT EDUCATION TO ALL AT NO CHARGE WHICH PROMOTES EQUITY AND EMPLOYEES BRING SUSTAINABILITY AND SYSTEMS THINKING TO THEIR ORGANIZATIONS BOTTOM LINE WHICH IMPROVES THE ECONOMY.
O WASTE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION AND THIS ADDRESSES OUR RECYCLING AND OUR ZERO WASTE PROGRAMS. AND SO A CIRCULAR ECONOMY DESIGNS OUT WASTE AND POLLUTION AND REGENERATES NATURAL SYSTEMS WHICH PROTECTS THE ENVIRONMENT.
LESS TOXIC WASTE MEANS LESS TOXIC MATERIALS TO HARM PEOPLE WHO MUST FEEL THE TOXIC WASTE AND REDUCING WASTE SAVES MONEY AND RESOURCES FOR AND BUSINESSES WHICH IMPROVES THE ECONOMY.
IT LESSENS THE LIKELIHOOD OF FUTURE CLIMATE DISASTERS WHICH
[00:20:04]
IMPROVES THE ECONOMY.FOR EXAMPLE THE RECENT TEXAS FREEZE COULD COST $90 BILLION-DOLLARS ACCORDING TO THE CLAIMS JOURNAL WHICH IS AN INDUSTRY TRADE PUBLICATION.
S MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE RENEWABLE ENERGY SOLUTION.
THERE'S MANY BENEFITS TO USING RENEWABLE ENERGY.
TOP FOUR ARE REDUCE FOSSIL FUEL EMISSIONS, THE LONG TERM HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF THE RESIDENTS OF DALLAS COUNTY.
CREATION OF TEXAS JOBS AND SAVINGS FROM THE LAST CONTRACT.
DALLAS COLLEGE HAS BEEN ON ITS JOURNEY FOR 13 YEARS NOW.
WE'VE HAD SOME MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND QUESTION STILL GOT A LONG WAY TO GO.
BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THIS, HUMAN KIND OCCUR RENDLY HAS ALL THE TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY WE NEED RIGHT NOW TO SOLVE THE CLIMATE CRISIS IN A WAY THAT IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE, THE PLANET AND OUR PROSPERITY.
>> THANK YOU FOR THE UPDATE MS. MOSS.
NOW TO PREVENT DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION AREA, I WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT THE SENIOR DIRECTOR FOR THE AREA DR. KENNETH CHAPMAN.
>> OUR GOAL IS WHAT ENTRY POINT IT TAKES IN DALLAS COLLEGE.
WE DO OUR BEST TO HAVE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
THAT IS ENSURED BY WORKING TOWARDS AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL.
>> SO DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION.
AS WE DO THE WORK WE CENTER ON SOME BASIC DEFINITIONS THAT ENSURE WE ARE ALL OPERATING OFF THE SAME KNOWLEDGE AND TERMINOLOGY.
THAT WILL ENSURE THAT WE ALL HAVE THE SAME WORKING KNOWLEDGE THAT WE GO THROUGH PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES.
HERE ARE THE STEPS IN YOUR EFFORTS.
WE USE THE LEADING INDUSTRY TOOLS TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT.
ON THE LEFT IS DIVERSITY AND SHOWS US WHAT DIVERSITY LOOKS LIKE.
WE WANT TO ENSURE AS WE DEVELOP OPPORTUNITIES.
WE EXPLORE ALL ASPECTS OF DIVERSITY.
THEN ON THE RIGHT, YOU CAN SEE THIS IS HOW WE WILL MEASURE OUR SUCCESS.
THIS IS THE DEI MATURITY INDEX THAT WAS DEVELOPED AND INCLUDES ASSESSMENT, CULTURE, (23:30) INVESTMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE, RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION, COMMUNICATION AND EDUCATION.
ALSO SOME OF OUR INSTITUTIONS DO THE WORK AND USE THESE AREAS AND THE WORK AS WELL SUCH AS COLIN COLLEGE AND OUR FOUR YEAR PARTNER SCHOOLS USE THE SAME FOR THEIR WORK ALSO.
>> IF YOU WILL ESTABLISH GOALS AND METRICS.
I KNOW THERE'S ALREADY METRICS IN HERE.
BUT SPECIFIC GOALS WITH DELIVABLE TO METRICS UNDER EACH OF THESE MAIN FIVE CATEGORIES.
>> SO THESE WILL BE PAIR WITH OUR ACTUAL GOALS THAT I WILL COVER NEXT.
>> SO THESE FIVE AREAS WHICH OUR EFFORTS WILL BE MEASURED WILL BE MATCHED WITH OUR DEMOGRAPHIC TO ALLOW US TO BE EFFECTIVE.
>> SO RECENTLY THE FINANCE MAGAZINE BRINGS THE CITY OF DALLAS.
THE MOST DIVERSE CITY IN THE UNITED STATES.
DA IS ESSENTIAL TO THE WORK THAT WE DO AND HAS OUR STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES IN DALLAS COUNTY.
SO OUR GUIDED LEARNING TOOLS WHICH I JUST REFERENCED AND OUR MEASURING TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE DEMOGRAPHICS WILL HELP MAKE UP THE GOALS AND INITIATIVES AND WILL RELY HEAVILY TO CREATE OUR GOALS AND INITIATIVES AND THOSE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THOSE GOALS TO MAKE SURE WE HIT THOSE BENCHMARKS AND HIT THOSE GOALS AS WELL.
[00:25:02]
NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.OUR GOALS WILL BE IN LINE WITH WHO QUESTION SERVE.
DEI TOUCHES ON OTHER AREAS WITH THE COLLEGE.
OUR FOCUS IS TO WORK WITH THESE AREAS TO A BEST PRACTICES.
A FEW EXAMPLES WORKING WITH HUMAN RESOURCE AREA.
WE ARE SOURCING THE DIVERSE ASSOCIATIONS AN TARGETED DIVERSE RECRUITING EVENTS AS NEEDED.
OTHER EXAMPLES WE WORK WITH THE SERVICES TEAM AND OUR CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS TO EXPOSE TO DIFFERENT POPULATIONS.
SO PARTNERSHIPS ARE CRITICAL TO THE WORK THAT WE DO.
>> THE WORK WE'VE BEEN DOING IS THE DETAILED FOCUS AS WE WANT TO BUILD STRA TEUPBLGCALLY AND WANT TO -- STRA TAO*EBG TAOEPBLGCALLY -- STRATEGICALLY AND SOMETHING SUSTAINABLE.
WE HAVE VENDORS WITH TRAINING AND EMPLOYEES AND WE HAVE EMPLOYER RESOURCE GROUPS.
WE ARE PARTICIPATING IN A COMMUNITY OUT REACH EVENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS IN DALLAS.
IT WILL BE A CROSS CULTURAL CONVERSATIONS THAT'S GOING TO BE COMING HERE IN THE FUTURE.
WE ARE REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT.
WE ARE ALSO PARTNERING WITH OUR ISD PARTNERS AND OUR TPO*UR YEAR PARTNERS.
>> WE WANT TO ALIGN THE WORK TO OUR COLLEGE BUT ALSO TO OUR STUDENTS COME FROM FROM THE ISDS AND WHERE THEY GO TO FOUR YEAR SCHOOLS.
>> WE WILL SUPPORT OTHER AREAS.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INCLUSION SERIES WILL HIGHLIGHT AND WE HELD OUR FIRST ONE.
WE ARE EXCITED TO SEE THE LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT.
THE AVERAGE FAR TOTAL EMPLOYEE BASE IS 4.3% AND DALLAS COLLEGE WE ARE AT 7%.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH ERGS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ENSURE AS MANY EMPLOYEES WHO WANT TO PARTICIPATE DO AND HAVE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
WE HAVE A QUESTION IN THE CHAT BOX OR WOULD YOU LIKE US TO PRESENT FOR THE NEXT MEETING?
WHEY AM PUTTING IN THE CHAT BOX IS FOR US TO DISCUSS IN A LATER DATE.
AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR PRESENTING THE UPDATE DR. CHAPMAN.
AT THIS TIME, I WILL BE PRESENTING THE SUPPLIER DIVERSITY AREA SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE A SENIOR DIRECTOR FOR THE (30:00) SAME, HOWEVER, I WILL START THE UPDATE BY PROVIDING THE GOOD NEWS THAT THE SENIOR DIRECTOR POSITION FOR SUPPLIER DIVERSITY IS BEING POSTED LATER ON TODAY.
AND YOU CAN GO TO OUR WWW.DCCCD.EDU AND TYPE JOBS IN THE SEARCH BAR TO SEE THE SAME.
OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE EQUAL ACCESS TO BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
WE AIM TO PROVIDE EQUAL ACCESS BY CONTINUING TO IMPROVE UPON OUR SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM WHICH IS BASED UPON ENCOURAGING THE USE OF DIVERSE SUPPLIERS INTO THE PURCHASING OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN ADDITION TO MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION.
BELOW, YOU WILL SEE SOME EXAMPLES OF DIVERSE SUPPLIER CLASSIFY CASES.
YOU WILL NOTE THAT THE COMMON THREAD FOR THE CLASSIFICATIONS IS THAT THEIR BUSINESS MUST BE OWNED AT 51% BY THE DIVERSE BUSINESS OWNER.
WE ALIGN THESE GOALS WITH THE OVER ALL PURPOSE OF DALLAS COLLEGE TO ENSURE THAT DALLAS COUNTY IS VIBRANT, GROWING AND ECONOMICALLY VIABLE FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.
>> I'M SUPPOSING THAT WHENEVER YA'LL STATE A GOAL THAT THERE'S GOING TO BE CORRESPONDING METRICS DELIVERABLES, OUT KORPBLGS ET CETERA.
32:10 JUST LIKE IN THE TWO PREVIOUS AREAS, SUSTAINABILITY AND DIVERSITY EQUITY AND INCLUSION IN SUPPLIER DIVERSITY WE WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER BUSINESS OFFICES FROM DALLAS COLLEGE.
WORKING IN COLLABORATION WE UPDATE OUR INTERNAL SYSTEM
[00:31:09]
WITH SUPPLIERS' INFORMATION, PARTICIPATE IN REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL REVIEWS AND EVALUATIONS AND PROVIDE OUT REACH SUPPORT WHERE WE COMMUNICATE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS, FACILITIES AND PURCHASING NEEDS.>>> IN TRYING TO FIND A VENDOR TO REPLACE WITH NEW COP PER MEDAL.
ROOFING WAS RECOMMENDED NOT ONLY AS A GREAT ROOFING CONTRACTOR BUT ALSO AS A BASE COMPANY LOOKING TO ESTABLISHISH A BRANCH OFFICE IN THE DALLAS-FORT WORTH AREA.
IT NOW HAS AN ESTABLISHED (36:20) OFFICE IN ARLINGTON, TEXAS WHICH BROUGHT BUSINESS AND NEW
[00:35:06]
JOBS TO OUR COMMUNITY.OUR THIRD AND FINAL SUCCESS STORY TODAY DIRECT US TO THE MYRIAD ROOFING COMPANY.
AND THIS STORY SPEAKS TO PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY OUT REACH ACTIVITIES.
OUR DEPUTY CHIEF OF FACILITIES OFFICERS SCOTT WRIGHT MET MR. JIMMY AT AN RBCA LUNCH AND LEARNED IN 2019.
SCOTT WAS THERE TO SPEAK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH DALLAS COLLEGE WHEN HE SAID HE WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH US, HE ASKED HIM BY SIGNING UP WITH OUR SYSTEM, GET A ROOFING CERTIFICATION AND JOIN A CALL FOR AGREEMENT.
HE FOLLOWED UP AND AWARDED A ROOFING WORK AT RICHLAND.
NOT ONLY DID THE MYRIAD ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION RECEIVE THAT CONTRACT BUT HE RECENTLY CALLED SCOTT TO SAY THAT HE WAS ABLE TO LEVERAGE THE CERTIFICATION OBTAINED AND THE WORK WITH DALLAS COLLEGE TO GENERATE MORE GROWTH FOR HIS COMPANY AND THAT HE WAS CONTACTED BY A MAJOR CONSTRUCTION GROUP TO BECOME A PARTNER.
IN TERMS OF DIVERSITY, WE HAVE BUSINESS OWNERS REPRESENTING VARIOUS RACE AND ETHNICITY GROUPS.
THAT REFLECT THIS COMMUNITY THAT WE SERVE AND THAT INCLUDES A NATIVE AMERICAN WOMAN ON BUSINESS TWO BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES AND A HISPANIC-OWNED BUSINESS.
WHAT A PROUD DAY FOR TKPHRAS COLLEGE.
(38:30) >> THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THOSE SUCCESS STORIES WITH US.
IT'S IMPORTANT FOR US TO KNOW THAT THE GROUND WORK WE ARE LAYING IN THIS AREA IS ALREADY PAYING DIVIDENDS BY HELPING TO SPREAD THE WEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITY TO THE DIVERSITY VEERS GROUPS THAT DO EXIST IN OUR COMMUNITY BECAUSE AFTER ALL WE DO OPERATE ON TAXPAYER DOLLARS.
>> WHAT DO YOU THINK THE TIMING WILL BE.
HAVE THAT FINALIZED SO IT WILL BE A SIGNIFICANT OF OUR PLAN.
[00:41:06]
STPHAOL I SEE THAT STUDY PWH BING IN A CRITICAL PATH.IT'S INVOLVING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BOND AND FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION AND SO I AM HOPING THAT YOU SEE THE SAME WAY AND I THINK YOU DO.
SO, I LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING THAT BACK.
ONE OTHER QUESTION REAL QUICK.
I THINK ONE OF THE SLIDES YOU MENTIONED COMMUNICATIONS.
I WOULD JUST MAKE THE OBSERVATION OF IT.
THERE'S SO MUCH IN THE DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION AREA TO TALK ABOUT AND I APPRECIATE MARISOLS EARLY ON BY OFFERING DEFINITIONS AND GETTING EVERYBODY ON THE SAME VOCABULARIRY IF YOU WILL.
I DON'T KNOW WHETHER WE ARE IMAGINING A DEDICATED COMMUNICATIONS PLAN BUT INTERNALLY FOR OUR EMPLOYEES AND EXTERNALLY DESCRIBES WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO AND SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE.
SOMETIMES YOU CAN OFFER TOO MUCH INFORMATION.
THERE'S ANOTHER DIVERSITY BACK.
SO THINKING ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS AND BEST PRACTICES AND ENGAGING PEOPLE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION AND OUTSIDE I THINK IS GOING TO BE IMPORTANT TO OUR SUCCESS AND I WELCOME OBSERVATIONS YOU HAVE ON IT AS THE EXPERTS.
BEFORE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS I WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRUSTEE JOINED THE MEETING PREVIOUSLY.
[5.1. Committee Notes]
>>> ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS REGARDING THE NOTES? AWESOME.
SO AT 12:44 THE DIVERSITY EQUITY AND INCLUSION COMMITTEE
